Own and manage on-site brand activations, representing client brands at retail events, driving sign-ups, and building customer relationships while collaborating with teammates to meet campaign goals.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at retail locations and promotional events
- Talk with customers face-to-face to introduce products, services, and promotions
- Support customer sign-ups, registrations, and account activations
- Build customer relationships and help grow brand awareness
- Collect customer feedback and keep accurate campaign records
- Work with a team to hit campaign goals
- Take part in ongoing training
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service or other customer-facing experience
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Good organization and time management
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
- Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Recent graduates, current students, and career changers are welcome to apply
