Responsibilities

• Represent clients and their brands professionally at promotional events, retail campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
• Engage face-to-face with customers to promote products, services, and current marketing campaigns
• Build brand awareness through positive customer interactions
• Assist with event setup, execution, coordination, and breakdown
• Support customer engagement and lead generation initiatives
• Learn campaign planning, event management, and brand promotion strategies
• Collaborate with marketing managers and team members to achieve campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities

Requirements

• No previous marketing experience is required.
• Outing, energetic, and confident communicators
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfortable interacting with the public in a face-to-face environment
• Available to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
• Willing to travel locally to promotional events
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing experience is a plus—but not required
• Authorized to work in the United States
