Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Junior Management Associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person position designed for individuals looking to start a long-term career in marketing, outreach, and business development while supporting meaningful causes.

This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on community engagement and fundraising. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing mentorship.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work face-to-face with individuals in retail and event-based settings
  • Represent charitable campaigns and outreach initiatives
  • Share information about causes, programs, and current initiatives
  • Answer questions and guide individuals through participation options
  • Build positive relationships and create meaningful interactions
  • Support daily outreach and fundraising goals
  • Learn and apply communication and engagement techniques
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
