We’re looking for a driven, fearless, competitive, and highly motivated Junior Growth Strategist to work closely with our Senior Growth Strategist in helping grow one of San Antonio’s top real estate brokerages. You’ll receive one-on-one mentorship and hands-on training while learning how to recruit top-producing real estate agents and build a rewarding career in recruiting.
This is a role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, and is excited to be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Compensation: $45,000 + Commission
