Position Overview

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with our Creative Director and design team to create engaging visual assets for a wide variety of client and internal projects. You'll help bring brands to life through digital and print design while learning agency workflows and collaborating with developers, marketers, copywriters, and project managers.

Projects are managed through Teamwork, our project management platform. You'll be responsible for tracking assignments, communicating progress, logging time, and meeting project deadlines.

This is a hybrid position—primarily remote with a few in-office collaboration days each month in Denton, Texas.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design digital and print marketing materials for a variety of clients and industries
• Create graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, digital advertisements, presentations, and social media
• Develop creative concepts that align with each client's brand standards and objectives
• Prepare production-ready files for digital and print use
• Revise artwork based on internal and client feedback
• Maintain organized project files and design assets
• Collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality work
• Ensure designs are accurate, visually engaging, and delivered on schedule
• Stay current with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices
• Assist with internal branding and marketing initiatives as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional graphic design experience (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, branding, and digital design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
• Experience with Figma is preferred
• Basic understanding of print production and digital design best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally
• Video editing, motion graphics, or illustration experience is a plus
• Adobe Certifications are a plus
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Base Compensation

This is a full-time salaried position paying $40,000–$45,000 per year, depending on experience and portfolio.
