- Execute and oversee client marketing and promotional initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Represent client brands through face-to-face interactions
- Evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work alongside leadership to develop and refine campaign strategies
- Support and guide new team members as you grow within the role
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A track record of working toward goals or performance metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A strong interest in leadership development and career advancement
