Responsibilities

• Creation of the Digital Marketing strategy: together with the CMO, you will define the best strategy to make Joinrs known to all students and graduates in the target countries.
• Social Media Management Support: plan and execute social media strategies, creating engaging content and interacting with our online community across Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Instagram and X.
• Digital Content Creation: participate in the creation of digital content, including blog posts, articles, email marketing and more, developing copywriting skills and maintaining an engaging online presence.
• Analysis of Marketing Metrics: work with the Data Analyst to monitor website traffic, conversion and social media engagement, and make data-driven improvements.
• Performance Marketing, Online Advertising Campaigns & Advertising: contribute to the creation and management of online campaigns via Google Ads and social advertising, including keyword selection and optimization.
• SEO: learn basics of search optimization, including keyword research and link building to improve rankings.
• Graphic Design: collaborate with designers to create content for social media, website, campaigns, and offline assets using tools like Adobe, Figma or Canva.
