We are looking for a highly organized and data-oriented Junior IT Project & App Growth Manager to join our remote team. In this hybrid role, you will help keep our development sprints on track while simultaneously executing growth strategies to scale our user base organically.

Job Overview

This entry-level, waged (W-2) position is perfect for someone looking to break into tech product management. You will work directly with our leadership and development teams to ensure apps are updated on schedule, bugs are tracked, and App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies are implemented to drive downloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in managing daily workflows, tracking sprint progress, and organizing tasks using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Slack).
• App Growth & ASO: Research keywords, optimize App Store/Google Play listings, and monitor basic analytics to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Release Management: Help coordinate app submissions, manage beta testing, and ensure marketing materials (screenshots, descriptions) are ready for launch.
• Cross-Functional Support: Act as a bridge between development and marketing/content creation (UGC) teams to ensure everyone is aligned on product updates and features.
• Market Research: Keep an eye on competitors, user reviews, and market trends to suggest new features or improvements.

Job Requirements

• Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (Permanent Resident). We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
• Employment Eligibility: Must be willing to undergo standard employment verification (Form I-9) for W-2 payroll onboarding.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience or relevant internships in project management, digital marketing, or mobile app operations.
• Tools: Basic familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, Trello, or Asana. Experience with App Store Connect or Google Play Console is a huge plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent written communication, and a basic understanding of software development lifecycles.
