About the Role

3Headed Monster is seeking a creative videographer/editor to join our production team. As a Jr. Video Specialist, you will be responsible bringing to life a wide variety of content from multiple clients.

We are a hybrid office. You will be expected to sit in our office in Dallas, TX three days a week and will be free to work remotely two days a week. This is not a fully remote position.

What You’ll Do

·      Shoot and edit a variety of video content across all media channels

·      Collaborate with the Creative Team, fusing your disciplines together to maximize the quality of every execution

·      Communicate and collaborate effectively with the entire internal team including designers, producers, project managers, account managers and strategists

·      Manage your time effectively, working on multiple projects at once, delivering under pressure and meeting all deadlines

Requirements

·      1-5 years of editing experience in a creative environment

·      Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, CapCut

• A portfolio that shows fluency in editing video & stills, shooting social media content with an iPhone, and at least a basic understanding of digital cameras and social productions, especially for Tiktok and Instagram
• Self-motivated, organized and innate problem solving ability
