Responsibilities

• Support the development of digital creative assets including websites, email campaigns, display banners, and social media content
• This is a production-oriented job. If you love making the donuts, you’ve found the right place.
• Design and prototype user-facing experiences in Figma
• Produce polished, on-brand assets using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Adapt and resize creative across multiple digital formats and platforms
• Participate in brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas for campaign concepts
• Maintain organized file structures and adhere to brand guidelines

Requirements

• HYBRID position in Edison, NJ. Please only apply if you can work in Edison, NJ office 3 days/week
• 1–3 years of design experience, ideally in an agency or marketing environment
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite a must
• Strong understanding of digital and social media creative formats
• Eye for clean, modern design with attention to typography, layout, and color
• Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback efficiently
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Portfolio demonstrating digital-first creative work (websites, emails, banners, social)

Preferred

• Experience with HTML/CSS basics
• Familiarity with accessibility standards in digital design
• Motion or animation skills in After Effects or similar
