Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service and strategic thinking.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of advertising, digital marketing, social media, content, and branding campaigns.
  • Prepare client meeting agendas, presentations, status reports, and recaps.
  • Develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with creative, media, digital, and production teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Assist in campaign planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor project scope and identify opportunities for additional agency services.
  • Review creative materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Support business development efforts and participate in agency networking events when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing department, media company, or related environment.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management platforms including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WorkZone and Advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Experience managing social media, paid media, digital campaigns, or content marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of the Buffalo and Western New York business community is a plus.
