Job Summary

Own and execute strategic PR campaigns that raise cybersecurity awareness while measuring public attitudes and building partnerships from national to local levels.

  • Plan and deliver integrated PR programs, toolkits, releases, blogs, social content, infographics, and events.
  • Drive partnerships and resource promotion to extend cybersecurity messaging and impact.
  • Leverage audience insight research and responsible AI concepts to inform campaigns and content decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning strategic direction and development of comprehensive PR campaigns.
  • Working with client and project team members.
  • Conducting research to gain insight into approaches for raising public awareness of cybersecurity.
  • Developing and executing communications strategies and associated products (tool kits, releases, blogs, social media content, infographics and events).
  • Measuring cybersecurity attitudes and actions among the general public.
  • Promoting strategic partnerships with organizations at the national, regional, and local levels to advance cybersecurity messaging as well as promoting cybersecurity resources in innovative and impactful ways.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs.
  • Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
  • Five or more years of demonstrated experience
  • Must have the ability to obtain the client’s suitability
  • A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products
  • Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AIassisted tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly motivated selfstarter
  • Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
