Job Description
Responsibilities
- Come into the office two days per week for approximately five hours per day.
- Photograph jewelry products for e-commerce and marketing.
- Film short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
- Create creative and aesthetically appealing jewelry content.
- Hand-model jewelry when appropriate.
- Experiment with different angles, lighting, backgrounds, compositions, and video concepts.
- Organize photographs and videos in the company's file system.
- Properly label and organize content so the appropriate team members can easily locate and use it.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, e-commerce, and social-media teams regarding content requirements.
- Ensure requested jewelry pieces are photographed and filmed according to project priorities.
Requirements
- Strong visual and creative sense.
- Comfortable being on camera or hand-modeling jewelry.
- Female preferred because the position involves hand modeling women's jewelry.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and organized.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video creation.
- Comfortable using a smartphone camera and/or professional camera equipment.
- Ability to organize digital files effectively.
Preferred
- College student or recent graduate.
- Photography, fashion, marketing, communications, design, or social-media background.
- Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar short-form content.
- Experience with jewelry, fashion, beauty, or luxury products.
- Basic editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe applications, or similar tools.
