95% Remote | Occasional In-Person Filming (NJ-based candidates preferred)

As Passport & Co.™ continues to grow, I’m looking to bring on a Creative Media & Content Intern — someone who can help bring our content vision to life through fresh ideas, strong visuals, and modern storytelling.

This is a 10-week internship and a chance to work directly with me while helping build a platform centered around freedom, balance, and modern work.

Now let me be clear — this is not your typical internship.

At Passport & Co.™, we believe in life-work balance, not work-life.

That means:

We don’t work Mondays.

And Fridays? We wrap by noon 😌

This role is designed to flow with that.

📍 Location: New Jersey-based candidates preferred

Most strategy, editing, and planning will be done remotely. We’ll meet in person 1–2 times per month max for content filming sessions.

📅 Start: May 14th

⏳ Duration: 10 weeks

📌 Compensation: Unpaid (eligible for college credit or portfolio growth)

🗓 Schedule:

Remote days: Tuesdays & Thursdays preferred

(With flexibility to swap days when needed)

Filming days: Will likely fall between Thursday–Saturday

(To be coordinated once hired)

This gives you the space to:

– Collaborate directly with me on fresh video and content ideas

– Help film founder-led content during monthly in-person sessions

– Capture clean, high-quality iPhone video content for social media

– Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn

– Research content trends and help keep our brand content fresh

– Bring weekly ideas for reels, TikToks, founder videos, and storytelling content

– Support content planning with our Community Activation Intern when needed

– Help repurpose content across multiple platforms

✨ What I’m looking for:

– Experience with content creation and/or film production

– Great experience filming clear, polished content on iPhone

– Strong interest in modern content strategy and storytelling

– Comfortable using TikTok and Instagram trends strategically

– Open to helping shape LinkedIn video content

– Experience with CapCut required

– Bonus if experienced with Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, InShot, or similar editing tools

– Strong creative instincts and willingness to pitch ideas

– Organized, proactive, and reliable
