Job Description

Position Summary

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's technology environment while providing exceptional technical support to employees. This role serves as the primary internal technology resource, ensuring business systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable. In addition to IT responsibilities, this position serves as the organization's Monday.com administrator, driving workflow optimization and cross-functional process improvements.

Monday.com Administration & Business Systems

  • Serve as the organization's primary administrator for Monday.com 
  • Design, build, and optimize workflows, boards, dashboards, automations, and reporting to improve operational efficiency.
  • Administer and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and process consistency.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Monday.com, CRM platforms, and other business applications to streamline workflows and eliminate manual processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and implement scalable solutions that improve productivity across departments.
  • Manage user permissions, platform configuration, system governance, and best practices across business applications.
  • Partner with department leaders to analyze workflows, recommend improvements, and implement technology solutions that support business objectives.
  • Train employees on business systems, automation tools, and best practices to maximize adoption and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot business systems and automation issues while coordinating with third-party vendors when needed.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, automations, integrations, and system architecture to support long-term scalability and business continuity.

Information Technology Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues.
  • Partner with Human Resources to support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, Google Workspace administration, software licensing, email setup, e-signature configuration, and system access management.
  • Evaluate, implement, and configure new software solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Administer and maintain company domains, DNS records, and related services for BVRG and Innmade.
  • Manage IT assets, software licenses, subscriptions, and renewals, ensuring accurate inventory and compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity practices, including access controls, multi-factor authentication (MFA), endpoint security, phishing prevention, and user awareness.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Proactively monitor the performance, reliability, and security of business systems and recommend improvements to optimize operations.
  • Deliver training and guidance to employees on technology tools, security best practices, and efficient system usage.
  • Anticipate future technology needs by recommending scalable technology solutions that support organizational growth and evolving business processes.

Qualifications

  • Advanced english speaking, and communication skills
  • EXPERT LEVEL Experience administering and optimizing Monday.com
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an internal IT support or systems administration role.
  • Strong experience administering Google Workspace.
  • Experience administering cloud-based business applications and software licensing.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, identity and access management, and endpoint security.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.

Compensation

Starting at $55,000+ annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise in IT systems administration, Monday.com, CRM management, and business process automation.
