Responsibilities

• Help grow the IBFlash brand across finance recruiting communities and campuses
• Support outreach initiatives with finance clubs, student organizations, and recruiting-focused communities
• Help drive engagement across LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, WSO, and other online finance communities
• Assist with social media posting, community engagement, and growth initiatives
• Help brainstorm creative marketing, referral, and partnership ideas
• Contribute feedback on recruiting trends, student pain points, and platform improvements
• Collaborate with the IBFlash team on growth, distribution, and community-building efforts

Requirements

• Strong interest in finance, startups, growth, networking, or online communities
• Entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• No prior finance internship experience required

Preferred

• Familiarity with investment banking recruiting culture is a plus
• Campus leadership, finance club involvement, or online community experience is a plus
