Job Summary

Drive Psyche\'s brand design and go-to-market assets from visuals to logistics in NYC for a growing D2C CPG brand.

  • Own visual assets creation and brand alignment across channels.
  • Must-have: Strong eye for minimal editorial design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Standout: Coordinating wholesale deliveries and on-site events in NYC.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Creating visual assets for Instagram and LinkedIn that fit the Psyche aesthetic. Clean, editorial, minimal. You'll have real creative input here.
  • Email Marketing Designing and building email templates in Klaviyo for our newsletter and marketing flows. You will learn how a real D2C brand uses email to drive revenue and retention.
  • Marketing Materials Sell sheets, one-pagers, event materials, and any collateral the team needs as we grow across NYC and beyond.
  • Brand & Logo Support Contributing to the evolution of Psyche's visual identity, including supporting design elements across packaging, digital, and print.
  • Asset Development Building a library of on-brand assets the team can use across channels. Photography direction support as needed.
  • Deliveries & Fulfillment Helping coordinate and handle product deliveries to restaurant and retail partners across New York City. You will get a real understanding of how wholesale logistics work at the ground level of a growing CPG brand.
  • Events & Activations On-the-ground support for Psyche events in New York — setup, coordination, vendor communication, and being present on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Administrative Support Helping the team stay organized across email, scheduling, account tracking, and day-to-day operational tasks that keep things moving.
  • CPG Brand Operations Working closely with the founding team to understand how a consumer packaged goods brand operates — from sourcing and inventory to wholesale accounts and retail partnerships. This is a real education in how a brand is built.

Requirements

  • Someone studying or trained in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field. Strong eye for clean, minimal, editorial design — if you know Psyche's aesthetic instinctively, that matters more than years of experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva. Familiarity with Klaviyo or other email platforms is a plus but not required. Someone who takes initiative, moves quickly, and cares about the details. Based in or able to come into the New York City FiDi office at least 1x per week.
  • Someone who is reliable, highly organized, and genuinely curious about how brands and businesses work. You do not need a specific academic background — we care more about your work ethic and attitude than your major. Comfortable being on your feet, moving around the city, and figuring things out as they come. A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through. Based in New York City and able to come into the FiDi office and be on the ground in the city at least 1x per week.
