Job Summary
Own the hands-on SEO program to drive organic growth by researching keywords, optimizing pages, and collaborating with content and product teams, with regular performance review and data-driven iteration.
- Growth Engine: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and KPI-focused optimization to increase organic traffic.
- Content & On-site: Optimize blog posts, landing pages, and site architecture in collaboration with content and product teams.
- Analytics & Iteration: Monitor SEO performance, report insights, and iterate changes based on data and analytics.

Responsibilities

- Optimize website pages, blog posts, and landing pages for SEO
- Collaborate with content and product teams to improve search visibility
- Monitor and report on SEO performance and KPIs
- Help implement technical SEO improvements
- Iterate based on performance and analytics
Requirements
- Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Thinks like a marketer, not just an optimizer
- 10–20 hours per week
