Job Summary

Own the hands-on SEO program to drive organic growth by researching keywords, optimizing pages, and collaborating with content and product teams, with regular performance review and data-driven iteration.

  • Growth Engine: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and KPI-focused optimization to increase organic traffic.
  • Content & On-site: Optimize blog posts, landing pages, and site architecture in collaboration with content and product teams.
  • Analytics & Iteration: Monitor SEO performance, report insights, and iterate changes based on data and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to drive organic traffic
  • Optimize website pages, blog posts, and landing pages for SEO
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to improve search visibility
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance and KPIs
  • Help implement technical SEO improvements
  • Iterate based on performance and analytics

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Thinks like a marketer, not just an optimizer
  • 10–20 hours per week
