Internal Communications Consultant - MN

Responsibilities

• Own
• Research to support strategy and content development
• Social media plan execution (internal and external)
• Execution of campaign plans via multiple, integrated communication channels
• Manage planning, tracking, and reporting for all communication channels
• Proactive management of speaking engagements and events
• Policy reviews (e.g., social media, external speaking engagements)
• Deliver
• Documented Communication standards, processes and tools
• Campaign and event calendars, timelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional communications experience supporting internal, external, corporate, or integrated communications initiatives
• 3+ years of professional writing and content-development experience, including creating articles, announcements, key messages, social media content, presentations, or other communications materials for varied audiences
• Experience executing communications strategies, campaigns, or plans across multiple channels
• Experience conducting research and gathering information to support communications strategy, messaging, and content development
• Demonstrated ability to organize work, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple communications activities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Demonstrated relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to gather information and coordinate work across multiple partners
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred

• Experience working within an agency, corporate communications, or similarly fast-paced communications environment
• Health care industry experience
