Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support integrated marketing and product launch campaigns
  • Assist with creation, coordination, and updates of marketing assets such as presentations, datasheets, emails, web content, and ensuring messaging and branding consistency across deliverables
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and approvals for campaign activities
  • Assist with execution of corporate social media content calendars (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Support copywriting, asset coordination, scheduling, publishing, and alignment of social media with campaigns, launches, and company milestones
  • Monitor basic engagement metrics and help compile performance summaries
  • Help coordinate event logistics including booth assets, signage, demos, giveaways, shipping and post-event follow-up, reporting, and organization of materials
  • Support timeline tracking, checklists, and vendor coordination
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within marketing and business groups
  • Help maintain organized libraries of marketing assets and documentation

Requirements

  • Candidates should be seeking a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or Google Workspace
  • Able to work independently at times and dedicate a minimum of 20 hours/week
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your employment and criminal history
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred

  • Experience with design tools, CMS platforms, or social media management tools is a plus
  • Interest in technology, hardware, or B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics
  • Self-motivated and aptitude to learn quickly
  • Positive attitude and work ethic; unafraid to ask questions and explore new ideas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong sense of professionalism
