Job Summary

Assist in designing digital and print materials and support brand visuals for client campaigns and internal projects, in an internship role that builds foundations in graphic design and collaboration.

  • Own entry-level design tasks and help translate strategy into visuals for social media, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Must-have: Pursuing or recently completed Graphic Design or related degree with a strong portfolio.
  • Standout: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva; eagerness to learn.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing digital and print materials, including social media graphics, newsletters, reports, and presentations
  • Support the development of visual assets for client campaigns, events, and public-facing materials
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications
  • Collaborate with account teams to translate strategy and messaging into compelling visuals
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative concept development
  • Prepare and packaged files for production and vendor delivery
  • Coordinate design and delivery of quick turnaround print materials
  • Edit and resize existing designs for various formats and platforms
  • Assist in maintaining the firm’s creative asset library and design templates
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and contribute fresh ideas to the team
  • Provide general design support as needed across client and internal projects

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and/or print media
  • Understanding of basic design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and branding
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take creative initiative
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and InDesign) and Canva; familiarity with Figma is a plus

Preferred

  • Experience in motion graphics and/or video editing is a plus
  • Interest in public relations, communications, or social impact work is a bonus
