Intern, Design Intern, Hair Category Marketing

Responsibilities

• - Partner with cross-functional teams to help highlight key brand and business moments across Sephora’s social media and marketing channels.
• - Support creative execution and production needs by adapting and versioning existing campaign assets to deliver cohesive, channel-specific creative.
• - Demonstrate our Sephora values: Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience using Figma for design collaboration and creative development.
• Interest in exploring and leveraging AI tools to support creativity and design workflows.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay current on social media, digital, and creative trends.
• Graduating in 2027 or 2028 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
• Work schedule must align with 9-5PM, Pacific Standard Time
• Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
• Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions*
• Available from June 14 – August 20, 2027

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
