Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help plan, manage and staff media events and employee activations from run-of-show to on-site support.
- Write and edit press materials and reports.
- Work with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
- Build and polish PowerPoint presentations.
- Support photo / video shoots and content creation
- Own project documentation: status updates, recaps, timelines, and tracking that keeps the team aligned.
- Monitor and respond to inbound emails with initiative.
- Logistical work: scheduling, travel booking, vendor coordination, materials prep, etc.
- Use Microsoft Copilot (AI) to speed up drafting, summarizing, and prep work across decks, docs, and email.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- US Work Authorization required.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
- Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to work part-time (20 - 29 hours/week).
- Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
