Join Our Team as an Intern
Location: Lawrence, MA | Full-Time
The Bridghbridge internship program will support daily branch and member service operations while gaining hands-on experience in the financial services industry. This internship provides exposure to banking procedures, member service, lending operations, and administrative support within a professional credit union environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Responsibilities)
- Assist members with basic account inquiries and transactions.
- Provide excellent member service in person and over the phone.
- Uses sound judgement and interpersonal skills to effectively assist members.
- Support branches and other departments with administrative and operational tasks.
- Learn and follow credit union policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Assist with marketing, community outreach, and member engagement activities.
- Interacts with members and staff on a daily basis in prompt, effective and professional manner.
- Perform data entry and other assigned tasks.
What We’re Looking For (Your Qualifications)
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Interest in finance, business, banking, or member service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to work with the general public.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
