Job Summary

Own cross-functional comms planning and campaign execution, turning editorial strategy into audience-ready storytelling and measurable impact.

  • Campaign Execution & Editorial: Drive 360 campaigns from idea to copy, interviews, and delivery across channels.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Build and maintain collaborative plans with internal and external teams to meet audience needs.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Track effectiveness, apply data-driven improvements, and stay current with industry trends to boost reach and efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Track deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure all components are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate and execute 360-degree communications campaigns as part of overall editorial strategy. Source story ideas, draft copy, conduct interviews, and support internal programs and events including Selling Shows.
  • Partner with internal and external-facing teams to ensure consistent, aligned planning and messaging. Build strong, collaborative relationships cross-functionally to ensure audience needs and preferences are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and processes to enhance reach, impact and efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience executing integrated communication plans, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Experience supporting on-site events and activations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think creatively and translate information into clear, compelling content.
  • Ability to develop and tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to shifting needs.
  • Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
  • Best fit for someone with 6 to 7 years in corporate communications, or related fields, navigating a matrixed organization.
