We are seeking a motivated and professional Polish-speaking Insurance Agent Assistant to join our growing insurance office. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Polish and English, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable assisting clients with insurance-related questions and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist insurance agents with daily office operations
• Communicate with Polish-speaking and English-speaking clients
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries
• Help clients understand insurance products and coverage options
• Process paperwork, applications, and policy updates
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up with customers
• Support marketing and client outreach efforts

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Polish and English (required)
• Insurance licensing (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
• Previous insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
