Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and professional Polish-speaking Insurance Agent Assistant to join our growing insurance office. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Polish and English, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable assisting clients with insurance-related questions and services.
Responsibilities
- Assist insurance agents with daily office operations
- Communicate with Polish-speaking and English-speaking clients
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries
- Help clients understand insurance products and coverage options
- Process paperwork, applications, and policy updates
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up with customers
- Support marketing and client outreach efforts
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Polish and English (required)
- Insurance licensing (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
- Previous insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
