Job Summary
Own creator talent relationships end to end from scouting and dealmaking to campaign execution while driving revenue growth and staying ahead of platform trends.
- Accountable for creator roster health and strategic guidance across social and brand decisions.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure brand deals and maximize value.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and maintain an influencer contacts database for scalable partnerships.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a set roster of creators; provide daily guidance, strategic counsel, and long-term vision across social, brand, and business decisions
- Collaborate and secure brand deals, meet monthly revenue goals, and cultivate agency and brand relationships
- Manage the entire lifecycle of brand campaigns – from ideation and contracting through execution and wrap-up
- Act as lead negotiator on behalf of talent in contracts and brand deal discussions
- Identify new revenue opportunities
- Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and emerging talent to support a forward-thinking strategy
- Maintain and grow an internal database of influencer contacts, managers, publicists, and industry tastemakers
