Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop storyboards, content concepts, and shot lists for creator briefs that align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and direct response best practices
  • Partner with the existing creator sourcing lead to identify, evaluate, and shortlist talent across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Support outreach, communication, and basic rate negotiation with creators and talent managers
  • Brief creators on storyboards, talking points, product information, and posting requirements to ensure aligned execution
  • Set up and manage whitelisting and ad permissions across Meta and YouTube Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads
  • Coordinate paid usage rights, content licensing terms, and asset handoffs to the Paid Media team
  • Review creator content for quality, brand alignment, and performance potential before routing internally or to clients
  • Manage revision rounds with creators to land final content that meets the brief
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and approvals to keep campaigns on schedule across multiple clients
  • Partner with Creative Strategists to ensure creator content reinforces broader messaging frameworks and creative concepts

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or a related creative or coordination role
  • Demonstrated creative eye, with the ability to develop storyboards, shot lists, or content concepts for short-form video
  • Working familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including current creator trends and short-form content best practices
  • Comfort with the technical mechanics of whitelisting, Partnership Ads, and Spark Ads, or strong willingness to learn them quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with creators, talent managers, and internal partners
  • Proactive, resourceful approach with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred

  • Prior experience at an agency, creator marketing platform, or high-growth consumer brand
  • Hands-on experience with whitelisting workflows, Meta/YouTube Partnership Ads, or TikTok Spark Ads
  • Background in scripting, storyboarding, or short-form video production
  • Familiarity with creator sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., Insense, GRIN, etc.)
