This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office in NYC.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

• Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer identification, outreach, and onboarding.
• Assist in the development of creative briefs and content guidelines for influencer partners.
• Review influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with influencers, ensuring timely content delivery.
• Conduct influencer discovery and research using tools like Meltwater (Klear), Sprout Social, or CreatorIQ.
• Track campaign performance metrics and compile results into clear reports.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, influencer practices, and new platform features.
• Provide support in affiliate marketing campaigns, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of influencer marketing experience (including internships); affiliate marketing experience is a plus but not required.
• Prior experience with influencer discovery platforms (CreatorIQ, Sprout Social, Klear, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Strong familiarity and active understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• NYC-based candidates preferred for hybrid collaboration.
