Job Summary
Own creator outreach and end-to-end campaign coordination for a 250+ creator network, with a focus on streamlining contracts, briefs, content review, and reporting to prove ROI.
- Creator network ownership: manage relationships and outreach with 250+ creators and Deaf creators emphasis.
- Campaign orchestration: handle briefs, contracts, posting schedules, content review, and reporting on engagement and ROI.
- Operations and systems: build and maintain Notion/Airtable trackers to improve workflows and visibility.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Creator outreach and relationship management across our 250+ creators network
- Campaign coordination: contracts, briefs, content review, posting schedules, reporting
- Client communication
- Reporting on engagement, reach, and ROI for each campaign
- Building and improving internal systems (Notion, Airtable, outreach trackers)
- Background in communication, PR, marketing, social media, or a related field (agency, in-house, freelance, or running your own creator/brand work all count)
- Excited to learn and use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) in your work
- Takes initiative without being told what to do next
- Genuinely curious about the creator economy
- Strong written communication
- Familiarity with Deaf community, ASL, or disability advocacy
- Experience with creator platforms (Modash, GRIN, Aspire, CreatorIQ)
- Personal social media presence
- Background in DTC, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- $25-30/hr based on experience (1099 contractor, ~20 hrs/week)
- Direct mentorship from the founder

- Clear growth path into full-time and senior roles as we scale
