Responsibilities

Promote products and brand messaging at retail locations, events, and community gatherings to generate buzz and increase visibility
Educate customers about features and benefits
Collect valuable data through customer interactions and feedback to inform marketing strategies
Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional in-person service and addressing questions or concerns confidently

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings
Demonstrated ability to engage customers, promote products, and represent brands professionally
Experience with event marketing, product demos, or public speaking enhances effectiveness in this role
Excellent customer relationship building skills combined with a proactive attitude toward sales and marketing goals
Knowledge of retail store product details and customer service best practices are beneficial.
