Responsibilities
- Deliver Product Demonstrations: Safely prepare and present samples that capture attention, highlight key product benefits, and encourage purchases.
- Engage Customers: Interact with shoppers using strong communication skills and product knowledge to drive interest and sales.
- Represent the Brand: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing nationally recognized brands.
- Execute with Excellence: Follow all event guidelines, safety standards, and instructions from team leads.
- Merchandising shifts may include inventory counts, shelf set up and/or resets
Requirements
- Prior retail/sales experience a plus
- Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay on task
- Must have access to a smartphone
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be 21+ to work events involving alcohol
- Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications can open up additional opportunities, as many of our shifts require these certifications.
Preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
- TIPS (Preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
