Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing strategy, planning, and budget management
Lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, demo rates, and ROI
Performance of every marketing channel and lead source
Digital marketing agencies, media partners, and outside vendors
CRM accuracy, lead distribution, tracking, and follow-up processes
Website leads, paid search, social media, email, texting, direct mail, canvassing, and other campaigns
Weekly and monthly marketing scorecards
Coordination between marketing, the call center, and sales
Testing new campaigns, measuring results, and making adjustments
Identifying problems and owning them through resolution

Requirements

Experience managing marketing campaigns, budgets, and lead generation
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and performance reporting
Experience with CRM systems, lead tracking, and digital marketing
Proven ability to manage vendors, deadlines, and competing priorities
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Home improvement, construction, or in-home sales marketing experience is a major plus

Previous EOS experience is helpful but not required.
