Job Summary

Own end-to-end event experiences, from setup to teardown, by coordinating products and displays, delivering friendly customer service, handling sales, and maintaining on-site inventory to ensure smooth operations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare for events by gathering, organizing, and transporting all necessary products, supplies, and equipment from the bakery
Set up, maintain, and break down event displays while upholding brand presentation standards and keeping the space clean and organized throughout the event
Represent the brand by providing friendly, professional customer service, assisting guests with product selection, and accurately handling sales transactions
Monitor product levels during events and restock as needed to maintain presentation
Make minor decisions independently to ensure the event runs smoothly

Requirements

Previous experience in events, catering, retail, or customer-facing roles strongly preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable speaking with customers, vendors, and community partners
Creative problem solver with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or early mornings for events
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
