Job Description

Responsibilities

Traffic campaigns across a variety of social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit, ensuring standard processes are followed (Proficiency in TikTok is a plus).
Collaborate with the Social team members to monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, providing real-time performance data analysis, insights, and recommendations.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments based on performance data and evolving market trends.
Apply an analytical approach to our campaign planning and management; build hypotheses and test variables, optimize ad spend, and drive efficiency.
Regularly report on campaign performance, important metrics, and optimization efforts.
Work cross-functionally with the creative team to develop creative briefs, implement channel-specific and promotional campaigns, and provide timely feedback on the performance of these campaigns.
Support the creation and implementation of testing roadmaps with ongoing analysis; report on results and insights to internal teams.
Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep the company ahead in a constantly evolving digital landscape.

Requirements

3+ years of experience working in digital media and paid social where you were responsible for social media strategy, planning and buying; maintaining budgets; driving implementation and execution; and leading reporting and optimization.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to optimize social media performance based on metrics such as engagement, leads, conversions, and return on investment.
Proven track record of making strong creative recommendations and working with creative teams to ensure channel-specific standard methodologies are followed.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field preferred but not required.
