Job Summary

You will own the end-to-end media order workflow from entry and budgeting to post-buy analyses and delivery tracking, coordinating with Negotiators, Supervisors and Managers.

Manage budgets, insertion orders and campaign summaries.
Monitor delivery and performance of TV, radio and digital buys.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Invoice maintenance, assisting Negotiators, Supervisors & Managers as assigned
Entering programming and buys into our system, projecting TV and Radio ratings for future buys
Pulling market research and tracking delivery of steaming audio and video investments.
Confirming and monitoring media orders with television and digital partners
Construct post-buy analyses to determine actual delivery of the schedule.
Manage budget summaries, campaign flowcharts, and billing.
Create insertion orders, digital campaign detailed summaries.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements

No agency experience required
Ability to work on several projects at once.
Excellent communication skills.

Preferred

Internship or relevant coursework preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing preferred
