Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for franchise owners.
Lead client onboarding, performance reviews, and day-to-day support.
Coordinate communication between franchise owners and the paid media team.
Review campaign performance and recommend budget or optimization changes.
Support media planning, campaign strategy, and lead generation goals.
Support organic social media and email marketing initiatives.
Maintain client documentation and improve internal workflows and processes.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Experience managing multiple clients and priorities.
Understanding of paid media, media planning, and campaign optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Preferred

Google Ads Certification or Meta Ads Certification.
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms).
Experience with email marketing or organic social is a plus.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar marketing tools.
Familiarity with franchise business models, multi-location marketing, or youth-focused industry experience is a plus.
