Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage a select group of new and existing global ISV partnerships to define and execute partner plans, joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs.
Serve as a key member of the Partner and Business Development teams in helping to deliver the overall Analytics and AI partner strategy.
Create and deliver a strategic partner development plan for target partners and customers, and ensure it's in line with the AWS Analytics and AI strategy and achieves partner goals.
Set and manage partner targets and work with the partner and extended AWS BD/sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.
Engage assigned partners field sales organization, channels and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
Work with the Analytics and AI Category Managers to execute the strategic business plan by engaging and leading key internal stakeholders (e.g. solutions architects, services teams, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.).
Establish AWS as the ISV's preferred cloud computing partner across all product and service lines.
Work with CRM systems, reporting and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes. Strong requirement and experience using AI tools for this purpose
Prepare and give business reviews to AWS and Partner senior management team.
Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the AWS teams including strategic deal, direct end user sales, legal and finance groups.

Requirements

7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
7+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

Preferred

Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
