Job Description
Responsibilities
- Concept, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video (ex: Reels, YouTube Shorts) on a consistent weekly cadence across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Produce long-form video content including thought leadership/ industry insights pieces, founder stories, product differentiation & deep-dives, terpene education series, and customer spotlights
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube through original, on-brand content
- Design scroll-stopping static posts, carousels, and Stories that reflect the Loud Spectrum visual identity
- Create email graphics, campaign layouts, and newsletter visuals in collaboration with leadership
- Develop and maintain branded templates for repeatable content formats
- Write copy across all formats — social captions, email campaigns, website copy, and long-form educational content
- Ensure a consistent, authoritative, and approachable brand voice across every channel and asset
- Build and refresh sales materials including sell sheets, pitch decks, product one-pagers, and trade show graphics
- Partner with the sales team to create assets that help close deals and communicate Loud Spectrum's value clearly to prospective B2B clients
Requirements
- Must-have: 3+ years of content creation in cannabis with terpene knowledge
- Must-have: strong video editing ability (Premiere Pro/CapCut) and design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro)
- Must-have: sharp copywriting instincts for translating scientific concepts to a B2B audience
- Highly self-directed — you manage your own time, hit your deadlines, and don’t need to be micromanaged
- Portfolio that demonstrates range — short-form video, long-form video, static design, and written work
- A genuine passion for or curiosity about terpenes, cannabis science, or plant-based industries

- 3+ years of content creation experience
- Terpene or formulation knowledge a significant plus
- Design proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva Pro
- Strong, versatile video skills — you're comfortable on both sides of the camera
