Cross-team collaboration to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with broader campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute content marketing strategies tailored to Reddit and other social media platforms.
Engage with targeted communities on Reddit to promote brand awareness, products, and services.
Write compelling, engaging posts, including discussions, polls, and promotional content while adhering to community guidelines.
Monitor trends, track competitor activity, and optimize content strategies for maximum engagement.
Analyze content performance metrics and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure consistency across all campaigns.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing with a focus on social media platforms, particularly Reddit.
Strong knowledge of Reddit’s community rules, culture, and best practices.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
Proven track record of successful content marketing campaigns that drove engagement.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to refine strategies.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

Nice to Have

Experience with other social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization techniques.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Reddit Insights, or similar.
