Job Description
Dolls Kill is one of the fastest-growing alternative fashion retailers, known for pushing creative boundaries and embracing new technology. We’re looking for an Imaging & Automation Specialist to join our Oakland headquarters and help evolve how we produce e-commerce imagery at scale.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who sits at the intersection of creative production, digital tools, and workflow optimization. You’ll work closely with our creative and e-commerce teams to improve how product imagery is created, streamlined, and delivered—helping us move faster while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
\nJob Description-
Produce high-quality e-commerce product imagery using modern digital imaging tools

Develop and refine systems that ensure consistent, production-ready visuals

Build scalable workflows for multiple image angles, styled looks, and marketing assets

Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms that improve image production
-
Optimize processes to increase speed, quality, and output across large product catalogs
-
Partner with creative, merchandising, photography, and e-commerce teams to solve production challenges

Identify and resolve issues related to product accuracy, proportions, and visual consistency
-
Help establish internal standards, documentation, and best practices for image production
-
Explore automation opportunities through tools, integrations, and workflow systems
-
Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency
Required
-
Strong understanding of generative image-generating platforms and workflows
-
Experience with image generation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Kive, Runway, OpenAI image tools, or similar platforms

Comfortable working with large datasets and production environments

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical workflows
-
Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
-
Background in Image Generation engineering, machine learning, computer science, or related technical fields

Experience building automation systems, AI agents, or workflow pipelines

Knowledge of Python, APIs, workflow automation, or cloud-based tools

Experience with ComfyUI workflows and custom models

Understanding of e-commerce photography, fashion production, or digital asset management

Experience working with large-scale content generation operations

Experience training custom models or LoRAs

Experience with image QA, retouching, or Photoshop
