Responsibilities

• Channel Audit: Conduct an initial, deep-dive audit of our current Instagram presence to identify what’s working, what’s lagging, and where the gaps are.
• Growth Blueprint: Develop and implement an actionable growth strategy focused on increasing reach, engagement, and follower loyalty.
• Content Pillars: Define clear content pillars and a streamlined monthly content calendar.
• Analytics Tracking: Monitor monthly insights to iterate on the strategy and prove what’s driving results.
• End-to-End Production: Concept, script, film, and edit 8 high-quality short-form videos (Reels) per month.
• On-Camera Presence: Be willing to be the face/voice of the brand where necessary, or creatively direct assets if using a different format.
• Trend Hooking: Keep a pulse on trending audio, formats, and cultural shifts, adapting them to fit our brand voice quickly.
• Freelance remote role requiring strategic oversight and a monthly deliverable of 8 short-form videos (Reels).

Requirements

• Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience growing Instagram accounts (please provide case studies or portfolio links).
• Video Portfolio: A strong portfolio of short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) showcasing sharp editing, strong hooks, and clear storytelling.
• Analytical Mindset: You don’t just look at 'likes' you understand watch time, retention rates, shares, and saves.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) and Instagram’s native features.
• Self-Starter: You thrive in an autonomous, freelance environment and can hit deadlines without hand-holding.
