• Must be a hands-on designer with motion design expertise, strong conceptual thinking skills, and experience using AI tools.

The purpose of this role is to design and animate motion graphics in service of a client deliverable.

Key Accountabilities

• Create 2D/3D graphics, motion assets, animations, storyboards, and visual concepts aligned with client and brand objectives.
• Design assets across digital, social, experiential, and video platforms.
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, content creation, and production workflows.
• Develop templates and design systems for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality work across mediums.
• Provide motion graphics support for video content, including titles, logo animations, lower thirds, and visual effects.
• Stay current on design trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion design, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Cinema 4D and 3D design workflows.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and digital design principles.
• Experience with video, animation, and social content creation.
• AR, immersive media, or UX/UI experience is a plus.

The hourly pay range for this position is $ 111,780.00 - $180,000.00. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
