Responsibilities

• Guest Communications & Evening Operations
• Respond to guest messages through Airbnb, VRBO, text, email, and phone.
• Assist guests with questions, check-in issues, and problems during their stay.
• Troubleshoot common issues and determine the best course of action.
• Coordinate with plumbers, HVAC companies, handymen, cleaners, and our internal team when needed.
• Dispatch vendors or team members and coordinate access to properties.
• Occasionally travel to a property when an in-person response is needed.
• Meet vendors or assist with simple on-site issues when appropriate.
• Follow up with guests and vendors to make sure issues are resolved.
• Document important issues and provide a clear handoff to the daytime team.
