Job Summary

Build and nurture a referral network with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and community partners to drive client growth in Conroe; promote services locally, participate in events, and coordinate caregiver recruiting and onboarding.

Growth/Referral Network: Build and sustain relationships with referral sources to generate new client opportunities.
Community Outreach: Represent Home Helpers at events, health fairs, and programs to expand awareness and referrals.
Caregiver Recruiting & Onboarding: Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of caregivers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, physicians, and community organizations
Promote Home Helpers Home Care services throughout Conroe and surrounding areas
Generate new client referrals and business opportunities
Assist with caregiver recruiting and onboarding efforts
Maintain professional communication with referral sources and prospective clients
Support office coordination and caregiver communication when needed

Requirements

Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, sales, recruiting, or caregiving preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable transportation required
Bilingual is a plus
