Role Description As a High Ticket Closer at The Shooter’s Network, you will be responsible for enrolling qualified videographers into a 5-figure coaching and training offer through consultation-style sales calls. In this full-time, remote role, you will handle inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, identify prospect goals and challenges, and present the program in a clear, ethical, and value-driven way. You will manage a pipeline of warm prospects, follow up consistently by phone, email, and messaging, and guide interested candidates through the decision-making and enrollment process. Daily tasks include running scheduled Zoom or phone appointments, updating CRM records, coordinating with marketing and operations teams on lead quality and feedback, and maintaining high close rates while delivering a supportive, non-pressure experience. You will also be expected to continuously refine your sales skills, learn the program material in depth, and contribute insights that improve the overall sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, ask insightful questions, and explain complex offers clearly.
• Proven experience in Closings and Deal Closure, particularly with high-ticket coaching, consulting, or education offers.
• Customer Service mindset with a consultative approach, focused on understanding prospect needs and ensuring a positive enrollment experience.
• comfort guiding clients through financial commitments.
• Experience managing a remote sales pipeline using CRM tools, with consistent follow-up and accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to work full time in a remote environment with reliable internet, structured daily routines, and self-discipline.
• Prior success in high-ticket phone or Zoom sales (coaching, online education, agency services, or related fields) is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of or interest in videography, creative industries, or small business client acquisition is a plus.
