Job Summary

Develop and expand the agency's referral network to enroll clients in home care services.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources who can refer clients to our agency.
  • Create relationships with care manager, social workers, case management agencies, MLTCs, CHHAs, Doctor's Offices, Hospitals, Senior & Community Centers, etc., while identifying clients with home care needs.
  • Advise potential clients or respective designated representatives on how to obtain home care services, and work with the intake & coordination team closely.
  • Follow up on existing referrals and ensure that clients are enrolled in the agency.
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.

Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual in English/Korean
  • Ability to work within the five boroughs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must demonstrate great communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
  • Must have the ability to host presentations professionally
  • Must be a creative thinker and team player
  • Detail-oriented, excellent with follow ups & knowledge of Medicaid eligibility
  • Must be able to carry, lift, push or pull at least 20lbs

Preferred

  • At least one year Home Care experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least one year's experience in healthcare marketing/sales, preferably in home care operations. Consideration given to candidates with one year's experience in a sales environment.
