Duties

• Negotiate terms and policies with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement on coverage options.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on client inquiries.
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients by highlighting plan advantages.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly, answering questions, and assisting with claims or benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy during all interactions.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, preferably within the insurance industry or related fields.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively across diverse audiences.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base.
