Responsibilities

  • The Health Benefits Affiliate will own client onboarding and marketing to new clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve benefits inquiries and issues.

Requirements

  • Must-have: Experience with health benefits administration and marketing.
  • Knowledge of corporate insurance policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
