Job Description

Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Planning & Execution
Partner with Marketing to develop and execute annual GTM plans and timelines.
Tailor marketing strategies to key customers and channels.
Coordinate cross-functional deliverables to ensure readiness for key account meetings.
Track GTM milestones and proactively identify execution gaps and risks.
Channel Strategy & Portfolio
Support the development of channel-specific portfolio strategies.
Identify commercial and portfolio gaps and partner with Marketing and Branding to address them.
Collaborate with Marketing, Category Management, and Sales Strategy to align brands, formats, and pack configurations to the right channels and customer segments.
Partner with Marketing to commercialize new opportunities and close portfolio gaps.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in CPG, including 3+ years in Trade Marketing, Sales Strategy, or a related function.
Proven experience managing and optimizing trade spend programs.
Hands-on experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems, including implementation and/or ongoing use.
Experience supporting new product launches at retail and managing cross-functional launch timelines.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
